Homemade Bailey’s

I’ve had a few requests so I thought I’d pop it up here so you can all have a go at it. So easy and so Yummy.

1 Cup Whisky
300ml cream
1 can Evapourated milk
2 tablespoons chocolate topping
1/4 tsp coconut essence
3 eggs
1/2 can condensed milk

Put it all in together into a blender, and whizz up on a high speed for one minute. Pour it into bottles. Makes about a litre. It says to let it stand for a week before consuming but I dare you to let it go that long!

Enjoy. MMMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

  1. Hi Fran!
Happy New Year! I cannot believe it is 2007! Where has all the time gone? Do you realise it is coming up to 16 years since we first rocked up to University…how scarey is that??

Anyway, Paul and I would love for you guys to come and visit this year. Give me a call when you are in or near our neck of the woods.

It sounds like you have been able to squeeze in some family time in your holidays..make sure you get some relax time too.

    Love caz

  2. Thanks for the recipe! Yours is slightly different to mine – I’ll have bring some of mine sometime so we can do a ‘taste test’ and ‘retest’!!!
