Our offer has been accepted 🙂 We made it on Saturday and it was Sunday that we got the good news. A sleepness night and very nervous belly was had by all.

So the house is not the one I described last time, but a different one altogether! Main points about the place
– 5 big bedrooms
– 3 bathrooms
– spa in ensuite
– inground, indoor pool
– sauna
– big kitchen
– dining room/scrapping/craft room (happy happy joy joy!)
– very large rumpus room (which has an area that is raised like a stage – the girls are in their entertainment element).

It needs a paint inside and new carpet, but other than that is quite livable. I am sooooooo excited and relieved. Now we have to get the finance sorted out and actually get this place on the market. Let the games begin!
