Yippee – it’s nearly Saturday. We are going to visit Bowral – a cute town in NSW – to investigate how livable it would be for us. I have fantasised about living there for ages, so why not??
I’m really looking forward to seeing the streets, the schools, the shops and potential houses. As much as it is scary to think about moving, I have to do it. I have lived in Canberra my whole life (except for one year in Sydney while at uni) and it is time for me to broaden my horizons, break some ties and develop myself. Sometimes I lose focus on who I am – I feel that people I have known all my life have opinions on who I should be, and I don’t know if that person is really me. Perhaps I bring a lot of others assumptions on myself, but I want a chance to find me in a place I’ve never lived, and see if I can blossom into the persn I know is inside me. Hmmm, does that make sense!! Probably not 🙂
Anyway, it is exciting for my little family to have this road trip this weekend, and if it works out then all the better!

Bowral is BEAUTIFUL Fran!!! and how cool would that be if you moved there……very very close to me. Fancy meeting up IF you move for lunch etc?????

I wont’ lie – I would be majorly disappointed if you left as I love catching up with you from time to time … but Bowral isn’t too far and I love our daily catch ups through the blogs, not to mention the phone calls once or twice a week.
Hope your trip goes well and can’t wait to chat about it all.
