This is my peg board at work.  Used to test 3-7yr olds.  I just expect that the kids will put the pegs in rather randomly, but am always surprised when they arrange them in rows of colour.  If one or two is out (like what happened when this little one started) they often have to stop and fix it to make it right before they can go on.  it cracks me up!

Kids zumba!  Shirley has a certain sparkle that makes people want to be around her.  She is such a treasure and proved to be a wonderful addition to our lives.  She is a great role model for fitness and loving life – perfect for me and my four girls.

I’m not really sure why these hair elastics on every door handle in our house make me happy, but they just do.  I think it reminds me that I have these 4 amazing daughters and that I am blessed to have them happy and healthy.

Saturday 8am is parkrun time.  Love this free weekly event where I can go as fast or as slow as I like and it all right.  Kate comes with me when she is in town and Meg has promised to come with me once Little Athletics season is over.  Today I was the photographer and took about 140 pics of runners crossing the line.  Good times.

Thursday is my run with Renee day. I love meeting up with her and doing our 5km together….chatting all the way. This time with my friend makes me happy.
