Don’t you hate it when your favourite shoes wear out on the soles but the uppers are still ok? Me too. So I got my boots resoled at the boot repair shop and now have my favs for another winter season. Oh happy day.

Loving the range of herbal teas that are out right now.  I don’t think I’ve ever seen as many in the shops.  These are awesome in the evening after dinner but also as an afternoon pick me up.  This no-sugar challenge is hardest in the afternoons.

And I have just completed a third of this challenge!!

New pattern.

Not feeling very happy about this one.  My beautiful friend for many many years Laura is moving to the UK.  Fast trip up to Sydney to say a final farewell.  I am happy that I got to see her and her gorgeous family before they left, and happy that I have a new holiday destination, but so so sad that they are going.  Missing you already xx

Trip to Sydney to have lunch with james and ro, and then dinner with James and Sascha (and cousins). Full bellies and good times. Sleeping in lane Cove National Park holiday cabin.  Nitey nite.

Just received a statement for a super account I didn’t know I had.  It was in my maiden name  – go figure!  Anyway – score $6k.  Gotta be very happy with that!!

This is my front garden at the moment.  In spite of there being some weeds I just love how green and flowery it is.

Finished blanket. …With tassels.  That’s a first for me.
