Happy Mothers Day!
Holly and I ran the 5km Mothers Day Classic this morning. It was a glorious day and the sun was beating down on us. Just perfect. Here we are holding our participation medals and the placard I ran with in memory of Julie. There were w few times when I got lost in my thoughts and had to choke back the tears, but having Holly there with me was awesome. Nothing like running with your daughter on mothers day. Love you to bits.

Conference Dinner where I had a great catchup with my friend Kate whom I haven’t seen since her wedding in 1998. We were very tight back in the Audiology group in 1995 and had an awesome year living in Sydney. When I saw her I realised how much I had missed her. It was so nice to spend time with her.

Meggie’s enrolment forms for High School. Exciting time when you go from primary school to the big world. Really looking forward to her branching out and finding some wonderful new friends.
No bread today for lunches so whipped these up for the kids to take to school.
Have added another Beanie to my ever growing list of accomplishments. It is funny because I do these at night and leave them on the bench so the kids can see them in the morning. it is like the Elves and the Shoemaker. First in best dressed!
