I made this jersey Caramel Cheesecake to welcome my girls home from a week down the coast with Grandma. Apparently she had some while there and wouldn’t share with the kids – so I made them their own! It was very delish!

OMG it was so yummy Helen. it made my face flush it was so rich and decadent. Baked cheesecake with caramel sauce. I told the kids I could only make it once a year!
